Hi all friends!
As the year 2017 come to a close, we just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you for being a part of us.
It's been 3.5 years since Ximula Sail launched and hosted our first charter, and it's been an incredible journey ever since, meeting and being inspired by so many of you. Thank you for being a part of our journey, for watching us grow from a father-daughter team with 1 yacht, Ximula, to a 4-man team with 2 yachts, Ximula and Gracefully.
We wouldn't have done this without all of you, whether you have been supporting us since day 1, or whether you have just recently joined the family.
We've met the sweetest and kindest guests, from those who feed us non-stop during charters, to those who give us the highest recommendations & reviews, to those who never fail to wave when walking past our yachts, to those who've sailed with us so many times we know how much alcohol you need, and also to those who have shared with us feedback on how we can improve, or given us a second chance when we make mistakes or screw up.
You guys have touched our hearts and we want you to know you are the reason we do what we do every day, rain or shine or thunderstorm.
We hope we have also touched your hearts or inspired you in some way, and that you will continue to choose Ximula Sail anytime, rain or shine but please no thunderstorm.
As we grow with all your support, our promise to host every single guest with warmth and hospitality and to deliver the most hassle-free and memorable experience from pre- to onboard to post-charter continue to stand strong today.
If we did not meet or exceed your expectations in any of the above, please never hesitate to share with me any suggestions or feedback on how we can make your experience better. These are a very big part of our growth, and our journey for the next many years to come.
Thank you all for being a part of this Ximula Sail family, you mean a lot to us and we look forward to inspiring more happy sailors in all of you.
In the coming year 2018, we have many exciting plans coming up, now that we have celebrity Darren Lim on board with us full-time! (Yes, he can be your captain when you book a charter with us and he‘ll love to share his stories he'd love with all of you, but please book early!)
Firstly, we'd love to stay connected with all of you through our fortnightly sunset cruise, which is starting on 30 Jan 2018 - please come join us here.
Secondly, we are developing more experiential programs like our Agile Sailors program to deliver more meaningful and enriching experiences on board.
Last but not least, we're also planning more events and sailing expeditions for the adventure lovers, the explorers, and the young-at-heart.
So stay tuned for more adventures to come, and we wish every one of you a smooth-sailing year ahead! (:
