4D3N Open Recce Trip to Dayang, Malaysia

  • Pulau Dayang Malaysia (map)

If you’re an adventure lover like us, join us on a sailing expedition to Pulau Dayang, Malaysia! We rediscover this hidden gem for its underwater paradise of rich marine life and clear turquoise waters.

Please note that as this is the first trip of this year’s season, it will be a recce trip to check out Pulau Dayang, so please be prepared that there may be hiccups/changes along the way - this is part of the adventure! If you prefer a tried-and-tested route, do consider the later dates in May - Sep.

Itinerary:

Embark on a 24-hour non-stop sailing journey as we depart from ONE 15 Marina Club, Sentosa towards Pulau Dayang, Malaysia on board our yacht Gracefully. Once we’re out of Singapore’s busy waters, be prepared to awake all five senses from enjoying peace and serenity while we hoist our sails and cruise into the endless horizon, to anticipating excitement and chatter when we convene during mealtimes or if we spot dolphins and fishes along the way.

Upon arrival at Dayang, we will spend 2.5 days exploring the best snorkeling spots in Dayang, where you can swim with a wide variety of tropical fishes among an abundance of hard and soft corals. At each spot, we will anchor for at least 3-4 hours for snorkeling, kayaking, island hopping and chilling!

You will spend all 3 nights on board our beautiful catamaran, Gracefully. On the night of Day 3, we will embark on the sailing journey back to Singapore.

COST:

S$4400+* per cabin for 2 guests (queen-sized bed), inclusive of:

*Early bird + recce price of S$3600+ if you book before 31 Jan 2025!

  • Use of our yacht and all available water toys on board (1 double kayak, 2 stand-up paddle boards, 1 sea scooter, 1 giant floating water mat, and snorkeling equipment)

  • 3 nights stay on board

  • 1 licensed skipper and 1 crew

  • Fuel, water and utilities

  • All meals on board (prepared by crew)

  • Free flow of soft drinks, coffee, tea and milo

  • Juices, fruits and snacks

  • Customs, immigration, port and quarantine clearance fees in Singapore and Malaysia

Things to Note:

  • This is a shared trip, which means you will be sharing the yacht together with 2 other pairs of guests (and our crew, of course!). Each pair will have their own cabin with a queen sized bed, and cabins are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have 1 master cabin with an ensuite bathroom, and 2 guest cabins which will share 1 bathroom.

  • All meals on board are included and will be prepared on board by our crew. Please feel free to share your dietary requirements with us (if any) and we can try to make adjustments to our menu. However, we may not be able to cater to everyone’s needs and you may be required to prepare your own meals at your own expense. Meals on the island will be at your own expense. Feel free to bring along your own food and drinks (bring more to share!) as well.

  • During our open trips, we practise a “look after yourself, but care for others” mindset, having a sense of adventure to explore new things, and a free soul to go with the flow. A sailing adventure is never without changes, whether it’s due to changing weather conditions or new discoveries, so be prepared to adapt with a smile.

  • Please note photos and videos may be taken during this trip for sharing and publicity purposes.

  • If you’re not comfortable with any of the above, please consider booking our private sailing holiday charters, and we can provide an exclusive experience catered to your needs and preferences.

Feel free to drop us any questions at hello@ximulasail.com / +65-87161519.
